1.FUNCTION INTRODUCTION
1.1 | Automatic detection of three-phase line order to prevent equipment from reverse. |
1.2 | Automatic detection of missing phase. |
1.3 | Real-time monitoring of pressure, current and voltage. |
1.4 | Real-time monitoring of over-voltage, under-voltage and over-current. Abnormal immediately alarm, display specific alarm reasons. |
1.5 | Pressure range can be set as required. |
1.6 | Two pressure units(Bar/Psi) can be free to switch. |
1.7 | Display equipment running time. |
1.8 | Automatic exhaust valve. |
1.9 | Cumulative work more than 8 hours, equipment automatic drainage. |
1.10 | Automatic reminder of low oil level. |
2. INSTALLATION GUIDE

WIRING DIAGRAM OF CONTROLLER
2.1 | Install the sensor:The Lead end of sensor must be installed face up. |
2.2 | Wiring: Open both sides of the yellow cover area, wiring in strict accordance with the wiring diagram. (24V NC type exhaust solenoid valve should be selected.) |
2.3 | First start: All valves must be closed. Open the equipment to achieve the maximum pressure, then can be used for normal use.(If there is the alarm phenomenon of over-current, locked-rotor and so on for the first time to start the equipment, reset to the factory settings before the operation above.) |

4.ALARM PHENOMENON
4.1 Line order alarm: |
“LO” lights up when line order error is happened. It can not be turned on and interface turns red when the alarm occurs. Buzzer blaring. |
4.2 Missing phase alarm: |
“DP” lights up when missing phase is happened. It can not be turned on and interface turns red when the alarm occurs. Buzzer blaring. |
4.3 Over current alarm: |
After being turned on, if the current abnormally increases, “OC” lights up. Shut down and interface turns red when the alarm occurs. Buzzer blaring. |
4.4 Oil level alarm: |
when the oil pressure over lowering in power-on state, “OL” lights up, Shut down and interface turns red when the alarm occurs. Buzzer blaring. |
4.5 Other alarm: |
When being turned on for first time, if no increase in pressure or current abnomality, shut down and alarm. Screen flickers three times and buzzer short sounds three times. |
5. SECURITY MATTERS
5.1 Reminder: |
Be sure to note the following safety rules in all processes using this controller. The company shall not be responsible for any personal injury or property loss as a result of violation of the provisions. |
5.2 Do not operate in an explosive environment. |
Do not use the instrument in place where there are flammable and explosive materials. In this environment, the use of any electrical equipment are likely to cause harm to safety. |
5.3 Wiring in strict accordance with the drawings |
Wiring in strict accordance with the drawings, It is forbidden to connect multiple air-end to the same terminal. |
5.4 Earth wire |
Ensure that the earth wire is connected before turn on the power to prevent electric shock. |
5.5 Power supply |
Energize the controller and ensure that the supply voltage matches the rated voltage. |
5.6 Please do not remove any shell part without authorization |
It works with high voltage in some parts of the controller, do not take off the controller shell or any part of the controller mainboard without special permission. |
